Upon our review and approval of the issue, we will provide you with a return guidance.

3. Return Process for Approved Claims

· Shipping Costs: For items verified as defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. 

· Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is returned in a condition that is not resellable (e.g., with damaged packaging, missing parts, or signs of misuse).

· Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved:

· We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

· The refund will exclude the original cost of shipping and handling.

· You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Non-Refundable Item
