We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required for delivery.

Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended. You will receive an auto-email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

All product prices listed on Kuycon.group include all applicable taxes and import duties. We are committed to providing a seamless “all-inclusive” pricing experience, and in the vast majority of cases, customers will not incur any additional customs charges.

While we handle the customs clearance process and cover all associated fees, should you unexpectedly receive a notice of additional charges upon delivery, please immediately contact our customer service team via email with detailed information. We will address the situation promptly.

4. Delivery Times

The delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by:
· Carrier delays (e.g., weather, logistical issues)
· Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
· Customs clearance procedures for international orders
· Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation customer service email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately via customer service email.

7. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

Final Address Verification: You are solely responsible for verifying your shipping address accuracy before payment. We cannot modify the address after the order is placed due to our rapid fulfillment process.
Customer Liability: We are not liable for any packages lost, delayed, or returned due to:
·An incorrect or incomplete address you provided.
·Your failure to receive the delivery or coordinate with the carrier.

Consequences of Return: If a package is returned to us:
· No refund of original shipping costs will be issued.
· You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
· To receive your items, you must pay a reshipping fee (including new shipping + return costs + a restocking fee).

8. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our site are delivered by an independent carrier. Title and risk of loss for all products you order pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

· Damaged Shipment: If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier immediately. Please also contact us within 24 hours at customer service email with photos of the damaged package and product.

· Lost Shipment: If your tracking information shows that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, please contact us, and we will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier.

We will work with the carrier to resolve issues with lost or damaged packages filed within a reasonable time frame.
